1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 3 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged Products: If your item is damaged during delivery.
• Incorrect Items: If the product you receive is not what you ordered.
• Not as Described: If the item differs significantly from the product description or images on our website.

Please note that change of mind or buyer’s remorse are not eligible for returns.

3. Return Process

To return your item, follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order by chatting with our agent.
• Packaging: Carefully pack the product back into its original packaging or a suitable box.
• Return Shipping: Once packed, send the item via TCS or Leopard Courier for return. You can use their services to send the item back to us.

4. Refund or Exchange

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your MR HSW Wallet. You can use the balance to shop on our store or withdraw the amount to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used Products: Items that have been used or altered.
• Digital Products: These items are not eligible for returns after purchase.
• Items not in their original packaging or missing parts.
